Inositol and delayed period?

Hi everyone.. This cycle I started to take a new prenatals that contains Myo-Inositol, I don’t feel any different to be honest.. but this cycle is been longer that previous cycles.. my regular periods come between day 30-35, and this cycle is already on day 37.. I’m a little worried, because I took a couple pregnancy test and all are negative.. FYI, I don’t have PCOS, but I do have hypothyroidism (under control) and other hormonal imbalances.. which made me want to try some new prenatals.. So I am wondering if inositol make periods longer? Sorry for the long post..

I started taking supplements mid cycle that contain Myo-inositol, folate and chromium. It’s been two week now… I didn’t ovulate at all .. monitoring through bbt/ strip and m guessing my period is going to delay. I will keep you posted. My period is usually regular but I do have cyst in my ovaries.

Messed up my cycle and when I got AF the cramps were out of this world.

@JoannaWhat?!! 😳 have you consulted your doctor/GP? Did you continue to take it. Does it helped in anyway?

@Barkha I’m currently on day, 39.. starting to feel some cramps, but not sure

@Barkha I stopped it. It I. No way helped me. Everyone is different though.

I am currently on CD24.

I took a test, and it had a faint line.. so I guess I’m pregnant 😨 I will wait a couple of days and test again

Wow!! Congratulations 🎉 I am hopeful now.. 😄

Apart from having this prenatal… have you done anything different?

@Barkha about 3 months ago I started exercising at least 3 times a week, follow a nutrition plan with a dietitian (she specializes in women health/hormones), got my thyroid under control, avoid drinking alcohol, switch to decaf coffee.. I guess all that helped too..
