Sharp pain at top of my bump

I keep on getting this.. my midwife isn’t answering my messages 🙃

@Georgia really that’s shocking. I’m gonna ask while at my appointment x

@Leanne the only way to describe it is almost like a stitch but across the top of my bump… is yours more one side? X

@Georgia when I’m laying down it feels more like a stabbing pain. It’s been a little Better since getting up but it’s still sore. X

@Georgia how long have you had the pain? X

@Leanne it was there when I woke up yesterday but it lasted all day and is back again this morning 🫠 x

@Georgia if the midwife gives me any ideas I will let you know x

@Leanne my midwife has just replied saying it’s probably ligament pain be interesting to see what yours says later xx

How has your blood pressure and heart rate been? I only ask because I'm currently having heart issues and I keep getting asked if I'm having pain as your describing, I'm not sure if it can be linked with blood pressure x

@Becky mines been fine the whole pregnancy x

@Georgia my midwife said it could be a sign of high blood pressure and pre eclampsia but she checked my urine and blood pressure and said everything fine. She did say if it happens again I need to ring triage especially if I have a headache or vomiting as well x

I’ve had this too but midwife wasn’t bothered 😕
