Milk blister or milk bleb
Hi all, I have a white spot on my nipple. I am EBF and the milk spot has popped. I tried nursing on that breast but the pain is horrendous. I still need to clear the milk . Expressing on the side gets nothing.
Anyone eles had this and how long did it take to heal ?

I also found using epsom salts really helped when I had a a milk bleb
I also did the Epsom salt bath and that worked for me

Having the same issue now - nothing seems to be working! Have soaked in epsom salts, applied olive oil.. and my breast is getting harder & harder. Did you try anything else that worked?
@Alisha I also fed more from the breast with the bleb
Sooo painful I'm avoiding to nurse on that boob
@Nina it’s the most painful thing but the only thing that cleared mine in the end!! My mum ended up having to hold my little one on my boob as I kept pulling him off due to the pain! But it relieved it!
@Alisha thx yes mine has gone now to. I soaked the bleb before I Nursed. Hope to not get another x
