I usually lay them out in the sun after giving them a quick rinse and it usually lightens up or disappears in a couple of hours and then put it in wash. I also sometimes put miss mouths on it before leaving it out in sun, not sure if that makes a difference though, but the sun always gets the stains out.
I have a sard stain remover stick which I put on all poo stains. Works like a dream
My friend bought me this as she swore by it now I do too. Gets poop stains, formula stains, and any other stains my husband's clothes pick up out. For stuff already washed, you have to soak it, put the soap on, and sit, then wet it again right before washing, and it comes out. However, if you hand wash it with that quickly right after blowout, you can just wash it as normal, and I've found it works. Giving it a scrub with fairy washing up liquid before putting it in the wash usually works for me x
Bunchafarmers stain remover is all natural. Easy to use. You don’t have to let it sit. It works on new or old stains. Just wet the stained area with water, rub the stick on real good and throw it in the wash. It worked great on multiple old stains that oxiclean stain remover failed at getting out even after multiple attempts.
@Chrissy unfortunately the sun may make the stains visibly disappear, but it’s still there. If you would pack it up for a while and get it out in a few months, you’ll see the stain has reappeared. Best way is to use a laundry booster for stains (like Vanish or a cheaper version), then a long warm wash (minimum 40 degrees) with enough laundry detergent (see packaging for heavy soiling dosage). I always rinse them in hot water then soak in a stain remover overnight. Then wash as normal, works a treat
My friends recommended NAPISAN
I’ve been using the Nellie’s Wow stick stain remover .. I rinse the outfit in warm water, use the stain remover and rub the stain, and leave it until I’m ready to do a load of laundry. https://nelliesclean.ca/collections/baby/products/wow-stick-stain-remover
Dawn dish soap peroxide and Baking soda
I usually hand wash with dawn dish soap before washing it in the washer with stain remover.
The sun. Seriously it's the best bleach out there. Set them outside in direct sunlight for a few hours. It's a cloth diaper trick!
