Baby formula milk for milky tea

Hi, bit of an odd question but can I use baby formula milk to make a milky tea at home? I don't have milk and my baby is sick and I am alone at home with a bad cough. My partner will come after a few hours from work and I can't pop in at shops. Can I make a milky cup of tea using formula milk. Please tell me.
