Owlet connection issues

Yes. Trying to figure it out. It’s saying our sock has been disconnected and isn’t showing up on the app but when I try and go to add device the circle just keeps spinning

Yes mine is saying disconnected too. Also, my sisters sons sock is down too. Come on owlet get it together!

Ugh. This is frustrating 😭 My husband factory reset it I guess but nothing is working. It’s making the normal noise it does when you take the sock off the base and it’s not getting any readings but since he did that I don’t know if it’s still going to work or not? Even if it’s not through the app.

Yes mine is down also, but I think the base will still sound if something is off. Your phone just won’t get a notification. Because the base station is still green

Yeah i took her sock off and kept it off until the base made its noise so im assuming that will still work.

Mine is disconnected too! So frustrating.

My app isn’t working at all and keeps saying my son’s sock has been removed from the app all together when I most definitely did not remove it. The sock sensor is still working and the base is green. So frustrating.
