Flailing arms and legs while screaming..is this pain?

This was immediately after my baby woke up so its fairly tame as she's not had a chance to get going She does this every time she cries and not a normal cry its a scream. Does anybody else's baby do this? The scream that usually accompanies is very high pitched but this was the best video of the arm movements. This happens when sat up or laid down
