Clapping and hand flapping

I think I’m reading too much into this but I can’t help It. My baby claps his hands all the time. Sometimes just randomly and when we say clapping then he’ll also clap. But he also flaps his arms and hands up and down when he’s happy, excited and sad. He does this everyday. I know you can’t tell if a baby has autism this early (9 months) but I’m slightly concerned as I’ve googled it and now I’ve read deeper into it and I’m worried 😟. Anyone else’s baby do this?

Mine does, they are normal behaviours for babies this age I wouldn’t worry at all. My toddler did the same and he grew out of it

My 9 month old does this too

My 8.5 month old does this too. I am not concerned. I think he looks cute

My friend was concerned with this exact thing and her baby grew out of after 15 minths

Totally developmentally normal at this age 🙂 my boy flaps his arms a lot when he’s excited and claps too!

Yes my twins do the same, one of them more then the other

My little one does the same and I did think the same .. he loves playing with his hands and moving them around
