Didn’t work for me! But worked for my friends ! Xx
It worked for me temporarily, and the nausea would come back fairly quickly. Something that did help me was taking orange juice and freezing it into lollies. It was refreshing and also really helped with the nausea, plus good vitamin c! Hope you feel better soon but if it gets really bad do see your GP if you need to xxx
I find ginger ale helpful for nausea xx
They did not work for me 😅 if you’re really bad and it’s affecting day-to-day I’d really recommend anti-nausea tablets from the doctor, they were a game-changer for me
It made mine worse at the start and gave me heartburn but I don’t like them 😂
Nothing worked for me I used 2 just throw them straight back up 😩 I’m 31 weeks and still feel pretty much everyday just not actually being sick so much anymore calmed down when I got 2 about 23 weeks x
I found everything anyone recommended a myth 😂
Depends. I have HG so nothing really helped earlier on, not even 6 prescriptions or any of the tips and tricks 😵💫 was in the hospital multiple times for dehydration and UTIs. Just now gained the weight I lost back at 25 weeks pregnant
They worked for me! My managers let me keep a packet stashed behind the tills at work when my morning sickness was knocking me down. That and ginger ale were the only things that helped on an early morning shift.
They were the only thing I could ear while I had neusea,, did relieve the sickness I felt x
Ginger nut biscuits definitely worked for me as long as I nibbled on them (I don't like ginger normally). I also found that lemonade worked really well!
It may be hyperemesis. I had this and it was awful. Book an appointment with your GP to check - if it is they prescribe you anti sickness meds x
They didn't work for me in my first pregnancy, and actually I don't eat them at all any more. But other people say they helped
They worked for me! I lived off them xx

My morning sickness was really bad and they made me feel worse. Only thing I loved during that period was apples. Everything else was risky
They didn't work for me but then I actually don't like ginger nuts, but I had crystallised ginger from Holland and Barratts
The only thing that I found helped was cheddar biscuits and bitter lemon drink. Literally tried everything, even ginger cubes which are vile!
Ginger does have anti-nausea properties so biscuits and ginger tea etc may help with mild nausea. However if your nausea/sickness is more severe it’s likely they won’t do much, and may create an aversion to ginger. But people love to ask if you’ve tried it!! Other things you can try are eating bland foods little and often, sipping on ice cold water or lemonade, sucking mints or lemon sweets, eating sour sweets, acupressure wrist bands. Try to avoid triggers such as strong smells. I hope it passes soon but if it doesn’t please contact your GP for medication if you feel nothing is helping and it isn’t getting better x
