Have you tried the rapid cooler. Tommee tippee do one it cools the water and formula within 2 minutes it’s a game changer :)

No I havnt, how does that work? @Alanna

I use the hot shot method when we’re out and about and my baby is fine with it, I’ve not been told not use the method before x

I've always used hot shot method with prep machine and made a hot bottle and allowed it to cool when i leave the house if i know I'll use it within 2 hours or used a cold jug of water to cool it down. Never did my little one any harm. Im pre making my feeds this time round using prep machine, so hot shot first and then adding the colief drops and storing in the firdge.

I use the hot shot method for all bottles. I have cooled boiled water in a rapid cool, when home I boil the kettle and at night/going out I have a flask with hot water in. E.g., I use 2oz boiled water and 2oz cooled boiled water for a 4oz bottle. I add the formula to the hot water then swish it to dissolve and kill bacteria and then add the cooled water. Same principle as the prep machines but without the fee that the hot shot isn’t the 70degrees needed to kill the bacteria x
