Provo rec. 6am?

Who is crazy enough to go to a work out class at 6am at the Provo rec with me?? I need some extra motivation. If I know someone is relying on me, counting on me, waiting for me to work out, I will (most likely) go! I’m thinking 6am is a sweet spot for me, so my baby is still asleep and it’s before school drop off for the older kids. Anyone want to join? 6am options are below (I’ve starred my preferences): Monday - Zumba Tuesday - Strength Training* or Aqua Zumba Wednesday - HIGH Fitness or Zumba* Thursday - Aqua Zumba or Pilates* Friday - Zumba* or Strength Training

I used to go to 6am strength training tue/thurs and the teacher Lindsey is amazing!! Love her!! Since baby has come I have not been going but I would definitely recommend those classes!

I’m nervous about that. Cause I’m not strong and I don’t wanna look like an idiot lol

I would love to go sometimes but I don't have a pass so I couldn't do it regularly

Lindsey is really great about talking through technique and making sure you do it correctly to not injure yourself, start small and build up! I started knowing nothing hahaha

I’d love to come to the Zumba classes! How long are the classes?

@Laura They’re 1 hour. 6am-7am

I would 100% love to go! However my twins have decided they don’t need to go to bed before 12 so…. Getting up that early is not an option right now. But man I wish!

@Darbi i feel this. I told my husband if I commit to the gym we have to all change our routine 😂😂

@Saphraine I could come for like half an hour. My husband has to be at work by 7 😭

I’ve been thinking about doing the 6am strength training! I’ll let you know when/if I plan to go.

@Natalie yes!! Please do!

I think I’m going to try going tomorrow morning

@Natalie I am STILL sore from Tuesday. So I’ll be doing Zumba tomorrow. But the strength training kicked. My. Butt.

I did Pilates Thursday and LOVED it! If anyone needs an intro class to workouts, it’s pretty low key.

@Saphraine same time??
