Ingrown hairs

So I had my little girl unexpectedly at 32+1 by emergency c-section. I obviously wasn’t as prepared as I would’ve like to have been which means they had to shave me before being out under GA. My scar has completely healed now and I don’t actually mind it but I’m being put off by the bumps of ingrown hairs under the scar. What’s the best way to get rid of these? Obviously don’t want to hack away at my scar with tweezers but I want them gone!! Anyone else had this problem or can give any advice would be much appreciated
