Hi!! I'm kind of, been working a lot of deep-sea ecology for the past 5 years.

@Rebecca yay!! Mine too! Haha. Does he have a special field of work or does he do all ecology in general? My husband does bats and dormice, I do reptiles and newts a lot of the time 😊
@Jenny he was specialising in bats but he is moving into botany because of the unsociable hours
@Rebecca ha yeah bats are very unsociable!! The last two years I think I've got off lightly with those surveys, think I did maybe 3 this year and 1 last year! Everything else has been daytime thankfully. Makes it ten times harder with a lil one as well! He's the only night work I need right now lol.
