@Tiegan thank you 🙏 how do you use in bath?
I just use bath bombs or muscle soaks/bubble bath which contain clary sage! The radox muscle soak (the blue stuff) has it and so does the ‘sex bomb’ bath bomb from lush, I know some people aren’t a fan of bath bombs etc but I enjoy them so was willing to give it a go🙏🏻
@Tiegan ☺️ thank you
May I ask you why you were offered sweep on 38 weeks? I'm 40 and we will talk about sweep in one week only with my midwife. Also sir confirmed that now is very common to have a baby after 40-41 weeks, so nobody push me for anything
@Julia I have gestational diabetes but baby is not big baby category at the moment they just want to make sure baby come the world before his due date 🙏
I add drops of clary sage oil to my bath, 5-6 drops. My due date is 15th so I started using last week, if anything it helps to relax the body and it’s just a bonus if it does actually move things along 🤣🙈
@Charlotte my shower is walk in so I cannot add it:( how to combine clary sage oil lavender oil and sweet almond base oil? Anyone any suggestions?
Remember it's completely up to you if you would like an induction, if baby isn't big, maybe ask what the risks are with waiting another week or two to see if you go into labour naturally?
Do you have a diffuser you can add it to? 😀
@Elen I will ask thank you 🙏
@Charlotte I have 🤗 I searched you can rump on your bump. Is it the way to use for starting contractions?
Clary sage is supposed to be a natural muscle relaxer as far as I’m aware, it relaxes all the muscles down there and can then lead to things starting to move along! Although I’ve been having baths every other day with clary sage in them and it doesn’t seem to have loads much so far (although my bump has definitely dropped and baby girl feels very low, getting a whole lot of lightning crotch🤣)x
