I’ve used shredded coconut and flax seed

We put peanut butter and sesame seeds on half a banana every morning :) He loves it

Also, in Aldi there's a great mix of milled flaxseed, pumpkin seed, walnut, almond, brazil nut and freeze dried blueberry. Just make sure you give your little one lots of water/milk with anything like chia or flaxseed as they keep expanding in the stomach. This is also great for nuts exposure (but perhaps try nut butters one by one first)
You can buy hulled hemp seeds from Asda/Tesco or alternatively from Holland & Barrats. Shredded coconut works well or even crushed multigrain Cereal. I tried chia seeds once but it didn't help much.
I like flax seed personally
