Best prenatal workout apps?

I’m cleared for exercise and looking for something to do at home with minimal equiptment. Any suggestions? I’ve done 2 action Jacquelyn prenatal barre method workouts and wondering how the rest of the program is.

I’ve been using Evlo!

If you like yoga, then the downdog prenatal yoga app is very nice. It also comes with a hiit app in which you can set the intensity, equipment available, etc. It’s like 10$ a year after a trial period

I've been using Crewe Fitness for the gym, but they have a home option too. I second downdog prenatal, I use that as well.

The SWEAT app is worth every penny. It’s $20 a months and there are dozens of programs to choose from and follow along with on a week by week basis.

If you like lifting weights, Plus+1 by Meg Gallagher is a great program for women. Also guides you through prenatal and postpartum! It’s an app.

@Emily which one did you go for it ? I’m also looking for an app to workout

@Merve still deciding, going to do a few trials. Not a huge yoga person but I might try to some classes near me to meet other moms, if I can find a studio.
