Large nipples breastfeeding

Anyone have extra large nipples and have successfully breastfeed? What tips and strategies do you recommend? I'm worried that the first few days/weeks newborns mouth is too small for my extra extra large nipples. She will not be able to latch on and take areola in to stimulate milk production. My first born just sat at the nipple because of this. Any help appreciated!!
