Does anyone know if there is a reason you can talk Kalms why breastfeeding ??
My wedding is on Monday and I’m desperate to try anything but you can’t talk kalms while breastfeeding , does anyone know why as I’m not breastfeeding very much anymore at all

I asked a pharmacist and they basically said I just have to suffer while breastfeeding as there isn't enough research into the effects of such herbs on feeding infants?

From this link I think it’s just that there haven’t been any studies into the valerian root used in it and the effects on breastfeeding. I think given it’s just a herb you should be fine, especially given you don’t breastfeed frequently. But I am not a doctor so not 100%, I’d take it myself if it’s just for a day
