I don't know where you are located, but in Australia are gyms which have childcare in it. So while you work out, they look after your baby
No gym I’ve ever gone to allows children unless they’re over a certain age or in the nursery if they have one. My gym has childcare it’s not expensive and they keep them for up to 2 hours
My husband takes care of our daughter during the day and the gym he goes to has a daycare and he brings our her there when he goes. She gets to play with children her age. He's been bringing her since she was like 5mo old and she's almost 1 now
So working out since postpartum is major for me. For my sanity specifically, so I work out from home on my child’s nap time. I make it a part of my routine and find women on YouTube I relate with and pump myself up etc. Second option, I go to the gym and bf watches our daughter. Lastly, we have a membership with TruFit who offers childcare. Regardless of what way you go a gym or no gym you can do this! 🫶🏼
Try a gym with childcare like fitness 19
Use a gym w a crèche. I workout at home I hate the gym. Plus the gym is $$ I’d rather lose weight for free lmao
Babies are not allowed in planet fitness But try looking up other gyms some do provide child care during workouts
@Nafisah She's a single mum and she asked about how single mums do it x
Thank you, so I enjoy working out at home and just wanted to know if that’s a common option if you don’t have child care so good, I feel like working out at home is legit now and now I don’t feel like I’m never gonna lose weight just bc I don’t go to the gym
@Luana and just like I shared.... if her gym has a daycare, she night be able to bring her baby with her. x
I prepped an area at home before I had the baby. I would wake up before her and go to the basement with a baby moniter. I strength train and lift heavy.
You can not take a baby to planet fitness. Idk about other gyms but they don't want children under age 13 inside the facility.
