Breast milk stained sheets...
Does anyone know a gentle way to get breast milk stains out of navy sheets? I hadnt realised it would stain and put the sheet in a 40 degree wash and am now worried it's set. I treated myself to a nice new set of bedding recently which was probably a mistake because I dont want put anything too harsh on them...any advice or techniques very much appreciated! Thanks

I use some white distilled vinegar in instead of liquid softener. Gets everything out.
White vinegar! It’s amazing. Works for everything lol

I have to soak mine with a little stain remover for a few hours and then it comes out in the wash! It shouldn’t be set! Soaking normally helps with baby’s poo explosion stains even after an initial wash so it should hopefully come out.
