@Diamond thank you! I was thinking so too but recently saw some gross TikTok’s with worms and it made me hesitate lol
It looks more like the end of a tendon that runs through the chicken breast. Does it feel attached if you pull on it?
@Leah yes I tried to pull it out and it wouldn’t. Felt like it would break before it pulled out
Hey, wash the chicken, then let it soak in white vinegar with lemon for couple of minutes. When you take it out , pat dry with a paper towel, then cut out that part and any other parts that look crazy lol. As long as it doesn’t smell and there’s nothing crawling out, it should be good to go!!
Yeah it’s just tendon. If you look online there’s tips on how to pull it out if it bothers you, but once it’s cooked you won’t notice it
Beer and coke draw out impurities, too. Without making the chicken taste like vinegar.
