Squirting feels like peeing lol. Except you can’t control it. Sometimes it can trickle out or sometimes it can gush out. Orgasm and cumming are the same thing. Orgasm is just a more proper term.

Some people squirt from sexual orgasm and some people squirt because of where they’re being touched. Both are technically orgasms but I think a regular orgasm is the best through clit stimulation or rubbing / grinding
