Recurrent thrush
Just wanted to see if anyone has any advice/similar experiences…I can’t seem to get rid of my thrush. The symptoms improve but don’t seem to fully go. I’ve been prescribed 4 pessaries this week but that still hasn’t shifted it. Any advice?! Xx

My GP gave me a weeks worth of 500mg pessaries and plus cream for comfort https://cks.nice.org.uk/topics/candida-female-genital/management/during-pregnancy/ this is the guideline some GPS are not familiar now mine has finally gone
@HeidiAh that’s really helpful thank you - did you point those guidelines out to them, or did they know to do it?
@Hannah no luckily I had a good GP and I’m a nurse so knew to look it up before I went the second time around xx

Same here.. I have been prescribed one pessary and an oontment.. when i use the ointment there’s less discharge.. when i skip its more.. just trying to use it regularly and wait
