Is it possible to lose the c-sec pouch?

I've been belt helps or diet helps, but when I'm searching i don't see any non-surgical solution to get rid of the c-section pouch. Has anyone here lost their csection pouch?

I’m working on mine now. There’s a lady on Insta who is an awesome follow. She’s got an app all about sorting the belly out. Search GetMomStrong. I think it’s a pretty long process but I’d say pretty worth it!

It really has to with genetics too. I doubt I will lose mine completely but I have seen massive improvements with diet, exercise and a belly band.

It took a while, but it definitely went away, diastasi recti as well (without exercise or diet) just patience x

@Linda I was thinking of getting a belly band. How soon after your C-section did you start wearing one?

You need to do a combination of the following : strengthen pelvic floor & abdominal wall, scar massage and lymphatic drainage
