Cotton root bark extracts
Has anyone ever used or midwife doula ever recommended use of cotton root bark extract to induce labour? And if so how it went for them?

Just be careful with consuming castor oil! Can lead to complications ^^
I'd recommend only taking something under supervision of your midwife.
