Tbh I don’t think you can really induce labour. There’s things you can do to help prepare but baby will come when they are ready (:
There's better things you can do than just straight bouncing up and down - like doing circles with your hips, bouncing side to side etc - might be Worth having a look online for suggestions. Probs not going to induce labour but will give you a little workout to get you stronger for when the time comes
You can’t but it might help get baby into position, have a look on you tube for some exercises
