Anyone else barely feel pregnant?

I had just really sore boobs and fatigue and I’m now 6 weeks 3 days and the nausea has hit me like brick today. Morning sickness will just spring on you x
I’m similar I wake up some days not feeling pregnant at all. My boobs are off and on sore and I’m weeing a lot and aside from tiredness I don’t feel anything else. No nausea or food aversions, I’m 6+4 had a scan yesterday measuring bang on with a strong heartbeat.
I felt EXACTLY the same. I expected so much more. But now I’m 6w4d and I’m feeling very rough... Not everyday and not all day. Such an on and off feeling
I'm 6+3 (7w according to NHS) and I hardly feel pregnant at all. Sometimes I can't decide if I feel nauseous or not, I've had some tenderness in my breasts and I feel tired all the time (which was normal for me a while ago (MH), but cleared up for a while). Mostly I feel fine
I am exactly the same! Sounds strange but I think I’d rather have symptoms so I know something is happening!!

Lol just wait on it - I was the same until week 7 🤣 some women don’t experience it until the 2nd trimester
I was the exactly the same breast were sore, had nausea. Then all the sudden stopped for at least 2 weeks and this week it has started back up again but just on a evening and I’m 9 weeks
