Why is my milk cloudy and watery?
The last few days my milk is watery and cloudy it’s not thick and whiteish like normal? Why? How do I make my milk thicker?

Also if u get vaccines or ur baby is sick. You'll see slight change in ur breastmilk 😊. And depending on the time of day, ur breastmilk looks different. For ex: in the morning, ur breastmilk is thicker (fat), in the night, its a lot more clearer "watery"

The weather can affect your breast milk too - it will be more watery in warmer weather
