Help me improve my discord?

So, i was wondering, if anyone here uses discord could you help me figure out how to improve my server? Context: I run my own discord server, it's pretty dead atm. I use bump bots to advertise it, and sometimes people join from knowing me in other servers. But people aren't active and the ones that come from bump bots tend to join then leave pretty much straight away 😮‍💨. Idk how to get people to stay and be active. I try to be active myself on it but it's hard to have a conversation with yourself publicly 🤣🤣🤣. If you use discord, would you be open to joining my server and seeing what you think?
