Upright stroller recommendation

Hi all, looking for any recommendations for a stroller that sits completely upright? Been looking at the babyzen yoyo and bugaboo butterfly but they still look quite reclined and my little boy would spend the whole time trying to sit up, straining his neck. Would ideally be one that could also into the overhead lockers in a plane too. Thank you!
