Snooze shade vs dooky cover

Snooze shade deluxe. I love that there are two layers so she can still see out but be protected and when she’s asleep I can completely seal the outside with the second layer x

I just have the normal snooze shade and have an Icandy peach all terrain, it’s great however I do find that it gets a little warm when it is so hot so I make sure I have a fan in there to keep cool and keep the air moving and my lb seems fine x

I bought a snooze shade and then realised there was one in my peach 7 bundle, it’s called ‘the screen’ and fits perfectly over but I’ve only used it on the seat part. The parasol is completely useless! X

@Georgia do you find it gets hot inside? That’s my only worry from some reviews x

@Claire this is my only concern with them but I just don’t know why else you’re supposed to use! X

@Lucy I’ve got one of these but we couldn’t work out how it went on the carry cot, I’ve just managed to stretch it on but the mesh panel is where the opening is which is the bit the sun gets through directly on her face and chest. I can’t work out if that bit is UV protected or if it’s just the complete black bits! I like that I can see her all the time which you can’t with the snooze shade but then if it’s not protecting her from the sun what’s the point 🤷🏻‍♀️ so confusing! X

@Jade it is warm but definitely no warmer than using a muslin etc. I check her frequently and I’m also going to buy a prsm fan x

I have the dooky shade and love it so far, not had any issues

@Jade does the carry cot have the button part to move the position to hook it over like the seat bit does? Sorry I bought a snooze shade before I realised it came with one so only used with the seat. The mesh bit is on the opening on the seat too xx
