Tips on how to stop contact naps
So my boy is still a contact napper, only ever on me or in his pram he will sleep. He’s fine with his night time but will not go in his cot for the day no matter how hard I try.
Can anyone give me any tips please on what has worked for them🤞

My 5.5 month only contact naps or naps in the pram or car. He sleeps well at night too so I’m afraid I’ll ruin his good relationship with his next to me 😂 I’m just enjoying it! X
@Alice this is exactly me! I'm too scared to push cot naps when she really doesn't want them as at the moment she's absolutely fine there at night and don't want to mess up night sleep
Same here 🤣 I manage to get him to have his first nap in the morning not on me but the rest are on me or in the pram seems like we’re all in the same boat

Same boat here with my 5 month old but I’ve now decided I’m ok with it. She’s only been on this planet for a short amount of time - when she’s ready not to be held anymore she’ll let me know. 🩷 xx
