I don't think it is. I've battled many colds and flu's over the past 4 times of breastfeeding and I've only been able to have watm lemon water with honey and Panadol and nurofen.

I think decongestants in them can be a problem so I'd check with a pharmacist. Paracetamol is fine. Hope you feel better soon!
