Your LO ready to drop naps for good?

THE WORST 😩 When your toddler is in the middle of dropping the last nap, bedtime can get rough for a while. 🦋 Here is what you need to know about the 1-0 nap transition: ➡️ Average age: 3 years ➡️ Transition time: 2-6 months 🦋Signs it's time to drop the nap: ➡️ The nap begins between 1:30-2pm ➡️ Your toddler is finding it hard to fall asleep for bedtime if they nap ➡️ Bedtime is being pushed later and later 🦋 Tips for transition: ➡️ On days when your toddler doesn't nap, make sure to pull bedtime earlier (up to an hour) ➡️ Your toddler will often nap approximately every 3 days when starting to drop the nap. Let the nap happen when it happens. ➡️ Make sure to cap the nap when it happens so that there is a full wake window before bedtime (this ensures that your toddler will be tired enough for bed).
