Are you breastfeeding? If so it can delay your period up to a year and some times a little longer. If you're not then you need to see a doctor as 3 months pp it should have come back. You can always take the pill to delay your period once it starts up again though. As nice as it is to not have periods I would check with a doctor that everything is okay
I’m breastfeeding, this is my second baby my first baby I breastfed and my period didn’t come back for 8/9 months.
People often don’t get a period on the progesterone only pill so you might be okay. Periods in the pill aren’t “real” periods they are called withdrawal bleeds which is why you get one on the combined pill because you have a “pill break” (which is not actually needed, they just thought when it was made in the 60s that a bleed would reassure women they aren’t pregnant!). But its hard to tell for each person whether you will get it or not! Progestogen (fake progesterone) keeps the womb lining thin which is why some women don’t get periods or have light ones. Don’t know if it helps with your decision (I got my period back after 2 months even though I breastfeed in demand 😂) but its always good to know!
