When I’ve felt like this I make sure I get out for a walk in nature everyday it really helps. Write down all the things I’m grateful for, have a good cry and let it out x
Yes I’m feeling like this a lot recently, which also comes with waves of guilt. I’ve tried to get some things booked in the diary to look forward to, arrange to meet friends, exercise. I’m also going to chat with my midwife about it next week. I hadn’t realised how lonely and sad pregnancy can be, I’ve never really heard anyone talk about it pre pregnancy. Aww sorry you’re feeling like that - it can be such an isolating and lonely time can’t it but I always just try to remind myself how lucky I am and how grateful I am etc. However sometimes you just have to have a down day , put a film on, have a good cry and start again the next day xx Hope you feel better 🤍
