Cat napper
Does anyone’s babies only take 30 min naps? My LO sometimes sleeps longer on me but don’t want to make that a habit and she hates sleeping in the carrier and will only sleep in stroller/car seat if she crashes and is exhausted. Any advice? How do i follow wake windows or get out if she barely naps unless i let her eventually crash? She is just barely 2 months. She sleeps okay at night just her day sleep is all over. I currently try to get her to sleep at least one good stretch on me and put on a movie but go back to work in 1.5mo..

Lo is only napping for 30 mins to an hour but if he’s strapped to me he’ll sleep for hours
Mine is the exact same way 8 weeks old yesterday.
Mine also pretty much only takes supervised naps in his swing
Same here so I just contact naps at this point
Maybe try a swaddle? Or try putting her on her tummy to sleep. Ik the doctors hate this; but my daughter’s doctor said as long as you supervise and they can move themselves it’s fine. I did this and it is a complete game changer; sometimes I have to wake her up cuz she sleeps longer. She sleeps with her arms under her head like me lol; flat on her tummy nothing around

My son is a quick napper too 😫 the only thing I’ve found is letting him have some supervised naps in the swing and then he will sleep 1.5-2 hours
