@Amy Hello Amy, thanks for the response...the first two were not in the morning..to be more specific...the first test with Asda test kit 5 days before missed period came negative...the second test with Asda that I did yesterday afternoon since there was unusual 2 days period delay firstly came out negative then after few could hours it turned to faint positive..like a blur pink line..which is why I did it in the morning again with Sainsbury's one and it turned out to be negative
@Anonymous do you mean it turned positive after a couple of hours? If so you can't look at them after 5 minutes as this would be an evaporation line. Must only look within the testing window
@Charley yes initially it showed negative but after couple of hours I saw this line ( the first one)
@Anonymous ah so that's an invalid result then I'm afraid. Wait a couple of days and test again, throw away the test after you've looked at it at 5 minutes
@Anonymous if the pink line came up after a few hours then it can’t be counted as a positive. I think you’re supposed to only take the result at the 3 minute point
I got a positive on a cheap Asda test when I was pregnant with my son. I’ve heard it’s unlikely to get a false positive so I’d be more inclined to believe the positive result. Did you take all three tests on the same day? I’m just wondering if the negatives are the result of not using the first wee of the morning.
