Inappropriatly being touched by Gp

Today I took my son who is 9 month old to the GP at Whitchurch because I thought he had an ear infection. So when I had to hold my son tightly his face against my chest him sat side ways. The doctor came towards me from the front to check my sons ear and I felt him squishing is private part towards my knees. (I sure he could of closed his legs before coming towards me) Is that inappropriate? Also when I check or clean my sons ears he doesn’t cry however he did cry at the Gp and I’m worried he may have done something to my son to make him cry. Or am I overthinking??

Just to be on the safe side I would look for a new GP. Always follow your mom's intuition.

Just remember he is used to you so a gp may be unsettling for him, my boy kicks off a fuss whenever he sees someone in uniform 😅 Was ur little one moving alot ? Could have been an accident of placement to hold the child still? If you are concerned and think it’s anymore than what it is then I would put in writing to the gp that you would like to be given a new dr at that surgery or you need to look for a new one and voice your concerns

the fact you’ve even thought it was intentional speaks for itself, if it wasn’t a problem then you probably wouldn’t of thought anything of it. always trust your instinct. rather be safe than sorry xx
