cholestasis in pregnancy ?
Little bit worried and I will go talk to the midwife in the morning. Symptoms have been slow to build over the last two weeks hence why I’ve not been to the doctors or phoned midwife yet but tonight it’s drove me insane .
Symptoms so far
Restless legs that makes feet feel hot
Progressing to itchy feet/ankles
Tonight my hands have been itching all night too.
It’s rather intense so had to move into the spare bedroom as it’s waking up my husband with me itching. It can come an go if I’m lucky and try distract myself by reading/listening to meditation but relief doesn’t last long.
Anyone else have experience with this?

Ok right, is that’s all they are doing for you or is there going to be any other follow up plan if you don’t mind me asking?
theyve put me in for weekly bloods, and if the levels of my liver enzymes come back high, they’ll induce me anywhere from a week to 3 weeks early, depending on the leveld
Ok hun thank you. I’m 36weeks today, I’ll give them a call and see if they’d be happy to do me a blood test.

i have! i mentioned it to my midwife and she sent me for a blood test to check my liver function, turned out it was icp. try piriton for the itching, or some menthol cream
