Nighttime nappy leaking!

Recently my now 7 month old has started sleeping on his front most of the night so he keeps leaking through his nappy. We’ve tried pampers and sainsburys pull up nappy pants but doesn’t seem to make any difference. He’s only 7kg so I can’t find anything else that fits him. We usually do a change at 8:30 and then bed. He wakes in the night for a feed but I’m worried if I go back to doing a change in the night it’ll wake him right up! Anyone had this problem and got any ideas?!

I had this problem with my boy, I wouldn’t use pull up pants. I always always sized up and rascal and friends Tesco I found were the best for him. My new little one was doing the same so I just sized up he’s a 3 but use a 4 at night and it sorted the issue. I think due to it being concentrated in one area with boys they leak more xx

@Natalie Mepham he’s 7kg and the next size up start at 9kg so would you still give it a try?

My little boy is 7.9kg and wears a size 3 from Aldi and I just make sure the nappy is secured well and he doesn’t leak all night (he’s also been front sleeping for the past few weeks). Might be worth trying some different brands which is annoying I know! I go between Morrisons and Aldi and haven’t had many issues!

@Becca thank but I have tried Aldi, Sainsbury’s pants and normal nappies, Asda, pampers and had the same problem in all of them. It’s definitely to do with him sleeping on his front as it’s only started since then - before that we never had a problem 🤦🏼‍♀️.

Exactly same happening with my son it’s waking him too all the time I’m going to size up see how we get on xx

Yeah I would. I wouldn’t be so worried about the weight as such cause all babies are different in regards to legs and tummy etc. it’s just a guide. Like my boys have big chunky legs so they wouldn’t be in the nappies for their weight category xxx
