@Lucy I don’t stop from waking up to sleeping so I’m doing that and gunner start collecting colostrum from tomorrow and I’ll try the tea tomorrow too was that with it first baby?x
Plenty of walking, and if you have a antenatal ball at home bounce on that every day. Other recommendations are sex, eating hot curry, drinking raspberry leaf tea. You could harvest colostrum that bit of stimulation might help. But check with your midwife first I’m sure colostrum harvesting shouldn’t be done until after 36weeks of pregnancy 🤷♀️ and always ask the midwife first, and they can supply some stuff for you to keep it in, so you can freeze it.
@Chloe yeah first baby I was still working full time and was planning on working up until week 39 then week 40 at home but baby had other plans and came at exactly 38 weeks. The only thing I done was keep active throughout I didn’t do the raspberry tea. I did eat spicy curry but I love spicy food so that wasn’t any different to my usual diet X
@Lucy same as me then thank you x
Make a cocktail- raspberry leaf tea (cooled) with pineapple juice and cranberry juice - 2 glasses a day from 34 weeks Bounce on pregnancy ball Go for walk Eat dates Have sex Go in the car over bumpy road / speed bumps Just be active Eat healthy My baby came 3 weeks early
I stayed active through my pregnancy and she came naturally at 38 weeks I do believe being so active and continuing on as normal played a part although I know that’s not always possible. I would also bounce on my ball when home from work. Another one reccomended is playing with your nipples. also collecting colostrum can trigger labour. Then you got the ones most people talk about eating curry/having sex/ drinking raspberry leaf tea
