Advice needed

Hi, my baby drinks breastmilk but she doesn’t want in from my breast. She exclusively drinks from bottles (not what I wanted, but whatevs). How do you guys go out with breastmilk? I know it lasts 4 hours at room temperature, but what if the outing is longer than that? Do you carry a cooler? If so, then how do I warm it up? I don’t know the logistics of going out.

My girl is the same! I was sad at first but at least she’s still getting breast milk. I got a small breastmilk cooler from Walmart! It was like 10$ maybe but I take it when I’m going to be gone awhile and it keeps milk cold for a long time! We just drove from South Carolina to Ohio (10 hours) and milk was still ice cold when we got home. My girl will drink cold milk but they have portable bottle warmers on Amazon I have used before. Also have warmed it under sink water or taken it out before hand so it’s warmer

I have a small cooler bag for breast milk and put tons of ice pack in it. Then I bought a milk warmer. Got something like this since I don’t really like warming up plastic. Been helpful cause I sometimes need to feed him while he’s in his car seat. https://a.co/d/jhhQbtf

I have a little cooler pocket in my diaper bag, I put the bottle in there with a small ziploc bag full of ice. If I need more than one bottle or I am planning on pumping while I'm out, I got this bag from Amazon: https://a.co/d/3JX3VFV It has a freezer pack that is designed to fit around bottles. I use this bottle warmer from Amazon, it works pretty well but you have to charge it every 3 bottles or so. https://a.co/d/7e2G0nD

Depending on where you are when you're out you can just go to McDonald's or a restaurant ask for a cup with hot water and warm the bottle up like that. Also sometimes I time my pumping session to be when we're out so I can stay out longer

I have a small cooler to keep milk cold and I boil water and put it in a thermal to warm milk on the go. Pour hot water in the cup it comes with and warm milk. Then pour hot water back into the thermal and put cup on top. Super easy https://a.co/d/2DL8s69

@Jill nice!! Thank you. Same here! I use glass bottles
