Yep feel free to message me hun x
I highly recommend CBT! Its available through NHS, post partum skips the waiting list (in the areas I know of) and is like a lifelong tool! Part of my anxiety is that medication will stop me being able to recognise actual warnings or things I SHOULD be anxious about, and after CBT 4 years ago (third child) I can now acknowledge the though, apply logic, apply experience, ground myself, and laugh about it tbh. I'm super open with my friends and family about what makes me anxious so they know where I need reassurance even if it seems silly to them, or where to just humour me. Feel free to message me x
I had CBT with my first baby and it worked wonders. Feel free to message me x
Very much so, I can rationalise I know it’s not me it’s just my postpartum mind and I know it’s very common but I have booked an appt with the GP as it’s fully irrational thoughts like the fear of dropping baby down the toilet at one point just because my husband left the seat up😭 I don’t see a way out that’s not medication as I know all the non-medicine ways to deal with it and it still happens. However, I am quite tired of the constant fight or flight feeling so I’ll try whatever at this point x
Feel free to message me lovely ❤️ I'm on medication for PPD that started as anxiety x
