Definitely do pelvic floor exercises. The Squeezy app is really helpful.
Yeah I would recommend. I often forget but had lots of issues after my first baby and they really helped me. Good luck xx
And remember pelvic exercises are not just kegels! Many people need to connect and locate where these muscles are first. Strong like a mother is an excellent program during and postpartum not just to prevent/ help leaks but to prepare for labour, get you in shape and feeling great. It’s never too late to start. Otherwise there’s lots of resources online and on YouTube for free
And a reminder this is not embarrassing is very common and happens to a big percentage of the gravid and postpartum population
It’s just so weird for me because I can be absolutely desperate for a wee and hold it in but then have absolutely no sensation and some comes out 🤯
If that’s the case I think you should see a pelvic physio to avoid further complications postpartum. They’re 100% worth the money
