If she's laying down, go take a bubble bath. If she's awake, do something that makes her busy by herself but still in the room if you want. Get some rags and make them wet and hot. Put them where ever you feel like on yourself kinda like a spa

Fresh air and water are things that I've been told helped for babies! Sometimes they need sensory activities or just a change in scenery (sounds like you may as well) but a small walk might help!
Get outside! Every time i almost lose my mind i physically pick my kids up and take them outside and it changes the mood for all of us. Some days i am tired and we sit and do sidewalk chalk, sometimes its night and we crack glow sticks and sometimes we go for a long walk or playground or bubbles. Totally depends, motherhood is overwhelming so i feel it often😂 sorry you are lonely. I lived rurally without any family or friends and my spouse was gone for work 5 days at a time so i cooked with my best friend on facetime a lot (or folded laundry together etc)
If it gets to be too much with her screaming, put her in a safe space like the crib and walk away so you don't hear her as much. I use to FaceTime myself using my phone ans tablet. Put the tablet in the bedroom then I'd walk outside for a few till I calmed down myself. Of she goes to sleep that's OK, if she doesn't then try doing something different that may keep her occupied. I'm not sure of her of her age so I don't want to suggest something that may be too mature for her. For most ages whipped cream and toys are always fun. Yes it is messy but I'm guessing also out of the norm
