Diet change

Has anyone here tried a gluten free / dairy free diet and seen any changes in development ? Never really been the one to believe in diet changes but after some research , maybe it’s worth a try 🫣

I don’t think it’s about restricting the diet but making better choices about what is consumed, I.E organic foods, foods without harmful additives etc. Also cutting drinks with harmful ingredients! Lots of people forget about drinks and they can be just as bad. Also heavy metal detoxes I’ve heard are really helpful, but couldn’t tell you from experience as not tried it
