Sore nipples

Im 5 days post partum and yesterday i got my first cracked nipple that bled. I’ve left them for the day and night and just pumped on a low setting such they’ve been fine on. No more blood. Does anyone have any tricks for sore nipples? I use the cream after every feed . Im going to try again today i think just scared it’ll rip back open again. Ive been told her latch is perfect so im thinking the way im holding her has made them so sore. Or is this normal for only a few days breastfeeding? Xx
