I would say van! I have one and I’m wanting a Honda odyssey sooo bad they’re soo good looking and everything seems nice about it. A van would just be so much easier in case you have more you don’t have to upgrade, it holds more for the family, I love the captain seats it makes it so much easier in the back seat

@Andreena my mom (5 kids total, im the oldest n moved out of course but the younger 4 aren't) has the honda odyssey and its really not that great, she was excited to get it but its honestly kinda shtty so now she's just disappointed with it lol

@Charisma aw nooo I was so excited to get one 😭😭

We love our 2022 Toyota Sienna hybrid! We have an almost 3 year old, 5 month old, and will have number 3 in October. And then also have two dogs. There’s so much space especially for the stroller! I originally wanted a Volkswagen Atlas but you couldn’t fit a stroller with all the seats up! I was someone who never wanted a minivan but now don’t know what I would do without it. The sliding doors are also amazing when parking spots are a little tight!

I was recently chatting about this with my friend who has a Sienna and 3 kids in car seats and a big dog! She was saying a lot of the mid size SUVs don’t have much room in the trunk if you have the third row of seats up so people can sit in them. A large SUV like a Suburban offers more room, but she said it’s actually a huge pain because the doors swing out so wide and if a car seat is in one of the middle captain chairs, you can’t slide it up enough to get to the back unless you remove the car seat. The van has sliding doors and you can slide the middle seats up (even with car seats on them) so you can easily get kids in and out of the back row.

I don’t have 4 kids, but if I did, I would definitely get a van! 😄

@Rebecca what van does she have? I would love a van that the seats can move forward! I deff want a van that has that additional middle seat that you can take out if you choice too as well!

We went with the Escalade ESV and we love it! We have 4 as well, 8, 4, 2, NB. The 2 littles sit in the second row captain seats and the oldest 2 in the third row. There’s so much room, I often climb over to grab the baby for feeding in the third row.

Van all the way. I am 1 of 5 children and my parents had a Toyota Town Ace (in the 1980s). The middle row was able to be turned around so I could see my siblings. And report on them haha 😄

I personally like suv better. Although we have kids, that doesn’t mean we have to drive a van. SUV fits a lot of people but also have a sportier look and have more choices to choose

@Jennifer She has a Toyota Sienna. Her dad has a Suburban and they go places with him sometimes, so she’s familiar with much of a pain the car seats can be in it 😂 Another friend has a Honda Odyssey and they love theirs as well! The middle seat comes out in both. Kia also has a new model of van, the Carnival, and it looks pretty slick - like a cross between an SUV and a van. Could be worth looking into as well!

@Tyra yes we also have a Escalade with captain seats, I feel like the third row just isn’t as foot space as the children grow. We have a dvd player and the sun roof which is love. I believe it’s more it has a payment that I DONT WANT. And my husband now made it more man by doing the muffler lol I want a diamond stealing wheel, pink 🙂 my own mom way

We have a Chevy traverse.i enjoy it :) only 2 kids currently, but sometimes have my niece & nephew with us as well
