Cuddle curl sleep position

I have done the c- curl since birth and my baby is now 7 months. My back, neck, arm and hips just started hurting. How does everyone else sleep to avoid aches and pains

I’ve naturally relaxed my c curl, (4.5 months) my legs are straight, but arm will in a c curl, and when baby needs feeding I keep switching sides x

My daughter is 8 months. I also wake up in pain. When she wakes up I switch sides as well.

Following this to see if anyone has some good answers because SAME 😫 I did start using a small pillow between my knees which helps a bit but still

Falling asleep with a pillow under my feet helps out a lot. Idk the science behind it. It just does. I also let myself lay on my back when I am awake still, and I make an effort to stay on my side when actively sleepy (:

Following to see if anyone has tips. I wake up every morning with my back and neck so still from c curl position. Found a pillow between my legs helps slightly but it’s still not a comfortable night x

Switching sides is key. Daytime stretching. Stay hydrated. There’s no answer just pain management 😅❤️
